Under the general direction of the Membership & Wellness Director and consistent with the Christian mission and the policies and procedures set forth by the YMCA of Catawba Valley, the Hybrid Athlete Instructor will work with individuals and groups to help them achieve their fitness/health goals. The Instructor will provide coaching expertise to members to enhance their workout routine and encourage them to reach their individual fitness and wellness goals.
